1. Identify your buying power by talking with a mortgage broker (call us for referrals)
2. Define a buying strategy with the assistance of a REALTOR--this is your house wish list
3. Complete Buyer Brokerage Agreement to guarantee the Seligmann Group represents only YOU
4. View homes that best meet your criteria
5. Negotiate the Purchase & Sale Agreement
6. Conduct your Due Diligence(i.e. home inspection, financing, GA Violent Sex Offenders and Housing Market Facts)
7. Negotiate home repairs (varies by home)
8. Finalize your home mortgage & required closing documents
9. Attend the closing for the sale of your home (on average 45 days from the date of the contract agreement
