Here are the basics of the selling process...


1. Prepare your home (i.e. clean closets, declutter your rooms, potential cosmetic or structural issues, etc.)
2. Define a selling strategy with the assistance of a REALTOR
3. Complete Listing paperwork
4. Keep your home sparkling clean for potential buyer showings
5. Negotiate a contract
6. Negotiate home repairs (varies by home)
7. Complete buyer requests per the contract
8. Move out of the home
9. Attend the closing for the sale of your home (on average 45 days from the date of the contract agreement
